Hi, I tried to update the theme from version 2.8.1 to 2.9 and I got error message: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting us.

Please check the zip folder you are trying to upload, it should contain the theme files and folders without inner zip.

You would better activate the license and update automatically as described here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    Best Regards

Hi, I have activated the theme with licence and I just pushed update button. I didn’t download or upload anything. Automatic update haven’t work correctly and gave the message.

    Hello,

Please contact your host support and find out the reason, we cannot login, we tried a few locations and devices, all the same: http://prntscr.com/kevyd5

Perhaps you have blocked by country settings or plugins, deactivate them.

    Hi, I got instructions under…

    Hello,

Currently, we see this error “Update Failed: Lataus epäonnistui. cURL error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 104”. This error says that your server has some problems with OpenSSL extension. Try to upload theme manually via Appearance -> Themes or using FTP.
You can also ask your hosting providers why OpenSSL gives you this error.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Thanks! I asked them to check that for future and updated the theme for now manually.
