Updating to version 6 of Woodmart

Hello,

I have seen the documentation page on updating the theme and the video ( https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/ ) but need to understand better step by step.

I have updated WordPress and plugin and now see in theme: new Woodmart along with the prior version,

If you can kindly explain the FTP method as steps or the Easy Update plugin method as steps 1, 2, 3, etc it will be easier for me to follow.

For example, I first need to activate a native WP theme like twenty-one first then replace it?

I haven’t done this before so I Hope you can help.

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If you are still unable then provide the admin panel and FTP details of the website.

Sorry, Hope you can resolve this: the theme needs to be updated to the latest woodmart 6 optimized updated version.
