upgrade theme issue

Hi, for several months every time we try to update the theme, the site has been unreachable. At this moment to get it back online we had to deactivate the Woodmart Core and Woodmart Theme plugins. WordPress, woocommerce and the other plugins are updated to the latest version and we would like to do the same with woodmart without malfunctions. We also tried installing the Rollerback plugin but it cannot be activated on your 2 plugins. What could cause this problem? The provider is Siteground.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

could you please deactivate the plugins yourself at the same time as the control operation? However, the site is online so the important thing is not to create disruptions.

Please, use the private content field to hide your password from the public. Also, disable all plugins by yourself so we don’t break anything.

ok, now are active onlu woocommerce & elementor

We activated the WoodMart core plugin but don’t see any problems. Could you please clarify how to reproduce the issue?

But the theme was already activated when we tested your website. Maybe you mean that you activated the child theme?

i mean the plugin called “woodmart theme” close to woodmart core

But there is no a plugin with name “WoodMart theme” you can activate the theme itself in Appearance -> Themes. And it also has a required plugin called “WoodMart core”. Both the theme and the plugin were activated when we visited your website. So we don’t understand what exactly you activated.

now we activated all plugins except the strange plugin “woodmart theme” and everithing is ok. may be was the plugin the problem?

Our theme never had such a plugin and we don’t know where did you get it. If you are not sure too, you can uninstall it from your website.
