Upload Error

While trying to upload to a WordPress Multisite the following error

“The link you followed has expired.

Please try again”

Also while attempting to upload it put my chat window with Hosting support into offline until the upload page timed out and then the Hosting chatwindow came online again.

My hosting company said there must be a php error.

So if you can’t upload it via WordPress dashboard, then you need to increase uploading limits on your server. We suggest you to contact your providers for help in this situation.
