Uploading Problem

Hi Team,

Bought your theme today and when i start to upload via Dashboard, IT IS NOT INSTALLING…

After uploading some 70%, it starts again…

and then COULD NOT REACH WEBSITE ERROR…

help me to solve this…

NOTE : Maximum upload file size: 100 MB.

Hello,

As you facing the note: “Maximum upload file size: 100 MB” while uploading the theme. So you have to increase the upload file size.

Edit the php.ini file from your server and locate the “upload_max_filesize” and then increase the upload size and save the file. This will resolve your issue.

You can also upload your site via FTP to read and follow the article:

No I am facing uploading size error…

I said… Maximum upload size is already set to 100mb…

I am not facing any error… Juz not uploading… I am able to upload child theme but not the woodmart.zip

In this case, ask your hosting provider for help or upload it using FTP. It is not related to the theme problem.

Checked with Hosting provider and there is no problem in uploading other themes and through FTP also it ddn work…

In FTP, IT stucks while importing Header folder…

i am sending my wordpress credentials, Upload it and check it from your end…

Could you please try to upload it via file manager in your cPanel? Or send us your cPanel access so we can try.
