Uploading product pictures

Hello, I have question regarding uploading product pictures, if I upload pictures with different size and edges, it look very ugly when browsing the products list,

is there anyway to maintain a god layout even if picture size are different I mean the size the white area around the image in the box.

The link where all the products look nice, all the images are one and the same size. The link where the images do not look nice, they are of a different size.

You need to crop images following the instructions provided above.
