Upsell and cross sell not working

    Hi,

    I have activated everything as per theme documentation but my upsell and cross sell is not working. How do I get it to work?

    Hello,

    Maybe you are using custom layouts of the theme. Navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout and use Product Grid or Carousel widget in your custom layout and set the data source to “Upsells”. This will allow you to display upsell products anywhere in the layout: https://snipboard.io/xc8l0s.jpg

    Currently, cross-sells are designed by WooCommerce to display in the Cart page based on the products added.

    Edit your cart layout and inside this layout, you can use a Products Grid/Carousel widget and set its data source to “Cross-Sells”.
