    Problem on the checkout page.

    “Order validation error
    A problem occurred during order validation. Try Again. If the problem persists, contact us for assistance.”

    When I open the console (F12), the problem is :
    loading html dropdowns returns wrong data – Can’t load HTML blocks with AJAX

    I found the problem, But you have to help me :

    The problem is “block html” in menu.

    I deleted the block html in the menu and everything works
    So How Can I have a block html in menu without checkout problem ?

    Please replicated the issue and send temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, I will check this problem for you.

    Also, please let me know name of specific block menu or menu items caused the problem.

    I can not replicated the issue, because the website is on line , yesterday I lost several selling, so I can’t do again.

    All my HTML BLOCK are deleted !!
    Every block important for customer are deleted !

    Can you answer me please, it’s very serious! You ask for the admin codes and you delete all the items without asking me. This is very serious ! There we must find a solution and above all that you answer me because I have customers who no longer have access to the elements they need!

    I gave you exactly the name of the block that had the problem!!!

    Please answer me because I am extremely worried, I no longer have a footer, no more guides on the product sheets, nothing and we cannot restore because the backup is from yesterday and today there were a lot of work done on it.

    I can see that XTEMOS team answering to other person but nobody answer me and I’am working and customer are ordering … they need to all information were in block HTML …

    You don’t answer me, even though you know you made mistakes on my site.

    It’s a shame because everything has always gone really well with the other people at XTEMOS and that’s why I renewed the support payment…

    I am distraught to see that not even one person from the team comes to explain to me what happened so that we can find solutions.

    I will therefore delete your access to the site and have to pay to redo all the elements which requires days of work…

    I am so disappointed…

    Sorry for delay in answering.

    I made a mistake by deleting HTML blocks on your site.

    I placed 2 tabs next to each other and wanted to remove all HTML Blocks on my end to import your HTML Block to replicate the issue, but I wasn’t careful with that. I deeply apologize you for any inconvenience caused.

    Please contact hosting provider and ask their if the hosting enabled backup by themself and let me know, I will try my best to help you.

    To err is human, but it would have been good to warn me immediately so that I could do what was necessary.

    Yes, I contacted my host, but we cannot restore just the html blocks.

    Since last night I started creating the newest html blocks.

    Regarding the AJAX problem, have you found the problem or the solution?

    About the AJAX problem, our dev checked and it shouldn’t affect the checkout. If you are still facing it, please let me know.
