URGENT Basel Demo Content Not Showing In Full

Hello XTEMOS,

We purchased the Basel theme a few hours ago and just installed it. Then we installed the demo content but all the content is not appearing as they should, only a few content appear (very scanty) and most sidebar items such as size and colour etc are missing even after we manually filled attributes for colour (because there was none imported) and assigned it to a product. Please help, it’s urgent. We really like your theme but are very concerned and urgently need to complete the site. The website is not live and not visible yet but needs to go live urgently.

We are happy to see you as a part of our community and hope that you will be satisfied with our theme.

Our dummy content data is developed in the way that prevents your website from being populated with a lot of unnecessary data (like tons of images, pages, and products) because they are not really useful for you. And it may take a while to delete it when you start creating your own content. That’s why you are able to select which pages to import from a dropdown in admin panel -> Dummy Content. You will find there all home pages and all additional pages like contacts, about us etc. Here is a video tutorial with a detailed demonstration of how to install the theme and import the content https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QPBt-lRWLA
If you need any additional data or some instructions just write us and we will do our best to help you.

NOTE that all stock photos are not included in theme package (as was stated on our themeforest item description page). Also, pages from Shop for example are actually all the same but with different settings. You can combine all types of shop pages via Theme Settings -> Shop.

Can you kindly let us know which of the demos will install colours, size etc for sidebar and show sidebar? We can’t get the colours to show on sidebar for some reason, not working. Also, which demo shows Instagram feeds etc?

Hi,

It seems that you didn’t add Basel Layered nav widget to the shop page sidebar. You can do this in Appearance -> Widgets. Currently, it is added to the filters area only.

Hi, we have added the widget, but still not showing. We also applied a setting in Theme Options but still nothing. Please advise. Thanks!

Please, provide your admin access so we could check it.
