Hello,
I saw the screenshot you attached. Unfortunately, there is no option in theme settings to add a checkout button on the single product page.
It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
You cannot open a PDF when clicking a button. You can use the popup module of the WP-Bakery page
Builder and set it according to your needs.
