1) Please provide the admin panel login details of the website.
2) Please Go to Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Images and enable the option of main carousel auto height.

All the third party plugins are still activated on your website please deactivate the plugins then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

wisoldevParticipantOk I just deactivated the plugins, only 1 I have to let it be activated because the client said so. Its called “SW-retail”. Its their inventory system & “Sendcloud” their delivery system. They its stricht NOT to deactivate it.
Also one note: do NOT update wordpress, my developer did it before and has issues with opening everything.
Please needs to be fixed because we go live on Monday. Also the placement of the hotspot I put it as “top” but when I hover it still on the right/left.
