But we already discussed this issue and there are no any facts that tell us that it is our theme issue. So it is out of our theme support scope. We never faced this problem and there are no any similar reports from other 5000+ customers. So we are sure that it is caused by some of the installed plugins. We would be glad to help you but we really don’t have any instructions for this. If you want, we can provide you a refund the support renewation.
As we already suggested, try to disable all additional plugins and check how it works with default WordPress theme. If you can’t do this on your current website then you will need to clone it to some development server.
