Urgent! Major problem with shop front pls help!

Hi Guys,
We were busy enjoying adding products to your amazing Basel theme (the theme is fab!) and all of a sudden could not see anything on the shopfront and products in admin cannot be seen or accessed either. We’ve missed a deadline and wanted to catch up with work in the store this weekend and this came up! Can you please help us take a look and resolve it? Not sure why it happened, the theme seemed to be fine at first. Please see details below to login. Thanks you

This problem is not related to any of PHP files mentioned. If you can’t increase your PHP memory limit, then you need to contact hosting providers for help.
