URGENT, NEED HELP! THEME AND PLUGIN CONFLICT

our website was shot down because of the theme and plugin conflict. here is a error code below:

i updated woodmart to fix my footer problems. after that, i took this email from wordpress you can see that below. also i can not get in wp panel.

Make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme. Also, the WoodMart core plugin needs to be updated to the latest version 1.0.39 too. You can do this in WoodMart -> Plugins.
