URGENT problem with checkout page

Hi,
I have just noticed that after completing the order on my website aleasa.ro , it takes more than 25 secs to get to thank u page. I have realised that their was ssomething wrong the moment i had 10 checkout initaites but 0 purchases. No one waits this long. Please help me solve this issue, i cant understand what is causing it. I have tested on multiple browers and devices.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twenty sixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not
Checkout process is a part of default WooCommerce functionality our theme does not influence this.

I tested by switching to another theme but got the same 30-40 secs load time before getting the thanku page. What can i do? This is a huge issue.

So, it’s clear that it’s not our theme fault. Might be some of your third party plugins is the cause of this issue. Because due to heavy content sometimes speed suffers.
It’s a part of default WooCommerce functionality. Might be some third party plugins can be used to speed up this process.
