    Hello,
    I update the theme on my site refurbished.techyuga.com.

    After that, all my theme settings disappeared. and all the customizations on footer and other area is disappeared.

    Kindly help me retrieve the same ASAP.

    Hello,

    Have you made the backup before updating as we recommend in our instruction? https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If yes, restore the site from the backup and provide your updated admin access and FTP we shall help to update correctly. Make sure you have activated the license.

    If you have not a backup, you will have to restore all manually.
