URGENT : Variation Image not uploading

I have colour variations on my site , but when i try to upload perticular colour image it dont work at all, the link on the image is showing # and there is no option to upload file.
i tried some variation upload images but this issue still there ..none of the plugins works to add an image to variation.

Please make sure you have configured the variations properly: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/attribute-swatches/ If the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Contact Form 7
Mailchimp for WordPress
Safe SVG
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types plugin

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I am terribly sorry for the delay.

I check a variable product and it works as it should: by default, the product shows green variation, I select the red one, and the image changes: https://gyazo.com/d7711f0fb463f509e9e8cf59f3fbc882

At the same time, I see you uploaded the same image (red one) for both variations. Every variation should have its own image: https://gyazo.com/fe5264a023fc87e9df206612f31c6c9b

Please try to correct that and check every variable product.
