URGENT: Woodmart extremely slow for black friday

We are having extreme slow downs. The hosting has pointed to Woodmart for the issues, as we have even upgraded to a US2.000/month cluster to have more resources but the site is a disaster. The cluster is not using all it’s resources at all, the hosting support says it has plenty of capacity, but that woodmart is just too slow. The site is loading slow, but even worse…add to cart takes forever to complete.
Can you help me? I can also give you access to Cloudways so you can check with them what is going on because this is a disaster.
I need your help urgently to figure out why it’s so slow.
