    Hello Support,

Just a quick question about how these url’s are being formed.

In one browser I have this appended to the homepage: /?v=7516fd43adaa
In a different browser, this is getting appended: /?v=3e8d115eb4b3

Can you clarify this for me, please?
    Thanks,

    Hello,

It looks like those long strings of letters and numbers at the end of the URLs are called “query parameters.” They’re often used for tracking or caching purposes by the website. So, it’s normal to see different strings in different browsers or sessions. They don’t affect how the website works, just some behind-the-scenes stuff.

    Best Regards.

    Hello Aizaz,
Thank you for clarifying. As you pointed out, there is no effect on the site. Just curious about where/how, but the caching idea makes sense.

    Appreciate your time.

    Hello,

Those query parameters can be a bit mysterious sometimes, but caching is a common reason for them. If you have any more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask!

    Best Regards.
