I need to use the mobile menu in the desktop view. How should I configure it?

Do you mean mega menu blocks, it is not possible, unfortunately.

You will need to create a cloned menu with a menu and sub-menu items and assign it as a mobile menu. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/adding-menu-site/

I couldn’t explain myself. I think it is easier if you look at the attached image. What I want is to change the menu style of image 1 to the menu style of image 2. How can I do it?.

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Modify elements as per your needs: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
