User change adress notification

Hi
When the customer/user changes password I get an email notification. I do not know why, or if I need that.
But i rather want to get an e-mail when the costumer changes their adress. Is it possible to make that happend?

Unfortunately, there is no option in theme settings available to change the behavior of the my-account.
Because, The MyAccount WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence this.
