I needed to give access to the backend of a website with your theme, to a user who will update the website, however I didn’t want to give access to the theme settings itself.

How can I “hide” the theme?

I’ll try to explain better.

I built a website for a client, based on your Woodmart theme.

But the client wants to have access to the WordPress backoffice, to change content, add plugins later.

But I didn’t want him to have access to the Theme settings part, or at least I didn’t want him to be able to see that there are “prebuilt websites”.

Is it possible to hide this part?

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

I understand that a plugin is necessary.

I have the “User Role Editor” plugin but even though I have all the options to disable the theme, it remains visible to this user.

Do you know of any plugins that actually hide the theme options?
