Using Gutenberg with WoodMart

Hi,
I’m trying to follow the directions on the following page, but they are not aligning with what I’m finding in Woodmart…

1) When installing Woodmart and using the setup wizard, Gutenberg was was not listed as a page builder option (there was only Elementor and WP Bakery).
2) When I navigate to Theme Settings → Other, I don’t find the options to set Current builder, enable Gutenberg blocks provided by the theme, or enable Gutenberg editor for products.
Can you please help me figure out how to use these features? I installed Woodmart Version: 7.6.0 within the last 24 hours to WordPress version 6.6.2 with WooCommerce version 9.3.3.
