Leave only these enabled on the live site:

Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Elementor
Enable the parent theme
Clear the server cache

Then check how the variables products work. I await your response.

I did that before, 3days ago, I tested it
Also, I enabled the storefront theme and it worked on that, but not work in woodmart theme.
I can copy theme settings to subdomain and you can see that is not working on that site

at the moment right now I cannot disable all plugins, this is not a testing site
only at the middle of night, we can test, but we test it before

Yes you are right, it seems this is the problem with LiteSpeed
