Variable Products İmage Problem

HEllo we are using variable products on our site, variatons product have an image, but shop page didn’t looking.
What we need to do ?

We are talking about variable products by the way. Not the filters

We make it but not working.

We wanna like think,

we have dress and this dress have 7-8 variable color.
Customer need the see red,green,yellow,black or etc on shop page.
If customer didnt open the product, other color not looking on shop page.

i will show you image.

This produc is same.
And people if open anyone saw other two variations
and also shop page looking 3 all variations like one product
