Variable products not working

Our variable products were working fine, until 2 days ago. When you click on the variation(color/dimension) the SKUs are not showing and the photos are not switching for that SKU. Also most of them are out of stock, but when you open them there are not. Can you please check why this happened? Please check the photos in attach.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

We cannot change the theme, we have online shop. Can you suggest another solution?

We have to identify what exactly causes this problem and that is why it may require to check with other theme and also turn off external plugins.
