Variation Colour not see

Add variation product but in quick view or product page variation color not see.

I have seen your provided screen shot, you need to make sure that you have chosen your specific color attribute from Theme settings >> Shop >> ATTRIBUTE SWATCHES >> Grid swatch attribute to display.
