Variation images are not showing correctly in cart/checkout

I updated Woodmart to the latest version (4.2.2). This fixed an initial problem of the variation images not showing in main product page.
However, I’m now left with another issue in that the variation image is not correctly shown in the cart. The cart shows the default Product Image, no matter what variation is added to the cart. This is confusing for the purchaser.

This is a test product. Attributes are Size and Colour.
Additionally, on the Shop page, when clicking on a colour, the thumbnail image does not change. See: https://wizarddesign.com.au/ttsc/shop/collections/women/
I know there were some issues with variation images in previous versions of Woodmart – is this a bug?
Using PHP 7.1.
OK – ignore this issue – I noticed that I had added the variation images into the Gallery instead of the main variation image. Duh…. Sorry for wasting your time!
