Variation Images Not Showing in Color Swatches for Products with 100+ Variation

Hello WoodMart Support Team,

I’m experiencing an inconsistent behavior with product variation swatches on my WooCommerce store using WoodMart theme.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Products with FEWER than 100 variations: Color swatches correctly display the variation’s featured image
Products with MORE than 100 variations: Color swatches display the term’s color image instead of the variation’s featured image
EXAMPLE PRODUCTS:

Both products have variation featured images properly set in WooCommerce, but only the product with fewer variations displays them in the swatches.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

WooCommerce AJAX variation threshold: 100
Products with 100+ variations load via AJAX
All variations have featured images set correctly in WooCommerce admin
Attribute: pa_color (Color)
WoodMart version: [current version]
WooCommerce version: 10.5.1
PHP version: 8.4
WHAT I’VE TRIED:

Verified all variation featured images are set correctly
Attempted to enable ‘swatches_use_variation_images’ setting (couldn’t find in admin)
Attempted to set ‘grid_swatches_attribute’ to ‘pa_color’
Tried various filters: woodmart_has_swatches, woocommerce_available_variation, woodmart_swatch_image
Temporarily increased variation threshold to 250 (worked but caused performance issues)
QUESTION: Is there a WoodMart theme setting or configuration that enables variation featured images to be used in swatches for products that load variations via AJAX (100+ variations)?

The functionality works perfectly for products with fewer variations, so I know the variation images are set up correctly. I just need to enable this same behavior for products with more variations.

Could you please provide guidance on how to configure WoodMart to use variation featured images in swatches for all products, regardless of variation count?

Define the image for the variation in the settings of the product: https://postimg.cc/phYnnkj7

Enable the “Text swatch” for the attributes: https://postimg.cc/H8dXSFHw

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products > set them as “Grid swatch attribute to display”: https://postimg.cc/FfxThbRd

When this option is enabled, the swatches will automatically use the images assigned to product variations.
