raffa_rugParticipantGood morning, I would like to enable the display of product variations.
However, when I activate it, instead of showing the product in the available colors (e.g., yellow jacket, blue jacket), I see the yellow jacket in all the available sizes and the blue jacket in all the available sizes.
This is absolutely unappealing and not what we want or what is indicated as possible in the template.
Could you help me understand why this is happening?
Thank you.
Attached is a screenshot of what appears when I activate the “show variations” option.Attachments:

raffa_rugParticipantMaybe I wasn’t able to explain what I mean clearly.
I would like the product color variations to be visible (e.g., yellow jacket, blue jacket, purple jacket). However, if I enable the variation display, I don’t just see the jacket in its different colors, but every size/color combination available for the product.
What is causing this?Obviously, by disabling the variation display, I only see the main product, not its color variations.

Hung PhamParticipantHi raffa_rug,
Thanks for details.
You can exclude specific variations by unchecking the
Show variation productcheckbox in the Variations settings. Please refer to documentation article for more details https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/show-single-variation/

raffa_rugParticipantPerfect, thank you.
So, can I generate a variant for each color without assigning a size and show only that, correct?
This way, I can avoid displaying a size in the variant, which could certainly cause misunderstandings among customers, leading them to think that only the displayed size is available.November 29, 2024 at 1:27 pm #617626
Hung PhamParticipantHi raffa_rug,
