Variations aren’t show

Hello, a problem that is not clear how to fix, maybe you can help please:

Several attributes are added, several variations are added as well, but in the product page you never know what variation will be shown and which one not. I send you the screenshots for of 2 products settings and its final demo, as you can see, some variations are just hidden. We tried all, remake, recreate, delete, create, clear cache – still the same. What can be a reason and how to fix it?

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme.

Because the product variations are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
