variations swatches bug

Hi there, We updated to Woodmart 7.0, everything is great besides that the swatches images are not visible on mobile devices for some reason
We entered our site url so you can check for yourself on mobile devices, we need a fix for that urgently.

it happens on both shop page and single product pages, but on the shop page if we do a quick add to cart it will show the variations images only there.

worth mentioning we have custom css from you, we added it to the private area, please check if some of the custom css may be conflicting, after removing all the custom css and checking the problem still persist on iOS devices.
and after more checking on android devices its working great, so only iphone devices is the problem now

Also we are getting “Error establishing a database connection” on our site when we open pages on the front end and backend for the first time, after refreshing it works fine

The products which do not have the swatches, do not have them in the grid.

As for Database Error, you would better contact host support on this issue.

Hi there, We duplicated the site to a subdomain where you can check exactly the problems we have with it.
1. variation images not showing on iOS devices on shop page & single product pages
2. Add to cart & Buy now buttons stretched out in single product pages
3. can’t click on color and size variations for some reason, not choosing them on both quick buy in shop page & in single product pages.

Please select both image and size, if the product is based on two attributes, you need to select them both.

Hi Elise, we told you couple of time that you won’t see the variation swatches images on IOS devices, not android devices.
This problem is specifically on iOS devices.
Can you please finally see it for yourself and diagnose the issue? You have all the information you need already, this is been so frustrating, just to get you to see the actual problem and it is so simple
