Various questions / Product Categories

Hello, we are currently building a project with your theme. We use the WP Bakery Builder. A few questions have arisen about this.

1. Can you use Bakery Builder to make category description? Where or how do I activate this?
2. With the category/archive pages you can choose whether the description is displayed above or below the products. But we need both. Is there an easy way here?

We selected above the products.
We tried AFC and it actually works well on the category pages below the Products.

Unfortunately we get the following error on the shop page(../shop) and when someone does a search. (Attachment)
The code was built into the child theme woocommerce/loop/loop-end.php

Is there a simpler solution here? Or where is the mistake?

1- & 2- Sorry to say but the Category Description under the Theme can only be added through the simple Text way only, for which you need to edit the Category under the Dashboard > Products > Categories > there you can add the Category Description. Although, the position of the Category Description can be changed by going to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Category description position: https://ibb.co/wrvqSR4

Although, there is a Extra Description option available under the Edit Category area which can make use of to show Extra Category Description content which will show after the Product grid and this Extra Description can be styled through Rich Text Editor or you can select an HTML Block here too to show your choice of content made under the HTML Block: https://ibb.co/m5VXMt9

HTML Blocks can be made under the Dashboard > HTML Blocks with the Page Builder active on your Site.

3- Sorry to say but this seems to be a third party Plugin concern which comes under Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

You can contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you through.

Ich erlaube mir auf Deutsch zu schreiben:
Anders als von Dir in Deiner Antwort behauptet ist dies kein Fehler von irgendwelchen Plugins. Das Theme hat einen Fehler.

Wenn ich beim Layout vom Archiv die Extra description aktiviere, kommt der als letztes genannte Fehler. Dieser wird nach den Produkten ausgegeben.

Der gleiche Fehler findet sich aber auch auf der Shopseite! Und auf der Suchseite!
Diese Seiten sind nicht ausgeschlossen.

Wir haben schon mehrere Projekte umgesetzt. Wir wollten diesem Theme eine Chance geben, da es doch einige gute Sachen mitbringt. Die anderen Themeentwickler schaffen es aber, dass diese Fehler nicht auftauchen.
Sehr schade! Wir überlegen uns gerade ernsthaft, ob wir das Theme wechseln sollen. Oder habt ihr dafür eine Lösung? Danke für die Antwort

Es hat sich erledigt. Dies scheint eine neue Funktion bei euch zu sein. Wenn der Core und das Theme nicht auf dem neusten Stand ist, dann geht es nicht.

AFC konform ist eurer Theme aber leider nicht….
