VAT is not adding for two products in same bundle in frequently bought together

Hi ,
I have created a bundle and added two products in it for frequently bought together . But on the frequently bought form VAT of Only 1st product is included in the price while VAT for second is not there.

1st product is Lincoln Bester 190C Multi MIG TIG MMA Welding Machine its price is £380 Ex Vat and 456 inc VAT .
The 2nd product is SG2 Mild Steel Mig Wire 0.8mm 5KG its price excluding VAT is £17 and including tax is £20.40 .
So the total price of bundle should be £476 inc VAT but currently it is only adding VAT of first product not the both.

can’t keep plugins disabled for more as my site is live and I have customers, visiting my site. Can you please look into this without disabling the plugins.

We see that you have a special PHP hook to customize the WooCommerce price display in the functions.php file. You need to remove it from there.
