Vegetables the performance dropped significantly

When I installed the WoodMart theme normally, my website performance was at 72%. However, after importing the “Vegetables” demo, the performance dropped significantly to 27%. After loading the demo content, the website became noticeably slow.

Problems:

Page loading times have increased significantly.
I suspect that the demo content and images might be causing the site to slow down.
Could you please help me optimize the performance and suggest ways to improve the speed while using the Vegetables demo? I would appreciate your guidance.
