Verified reviews

Hi there, when a review is considered wrote by a verified user? How works that feature? I checked that some users bought an item and wrote a review, but it not appear as “verified users”. Why? Thank you.

Please refer to WooCommerce documentation on this issues as our theme does not have any options or influence on reviews.

I cannot found any documentation on WooCommerce. Could you paste to me something that talk about? I know that your theme can’t influence reviews, but I did not understand why sometimes appear “verified reviews” and sometimes no, also if that customers have bought.
