Video not working

Hi,

I’m trying to add a video (link from youtube, vimeo), either with page builder: insert video, or using a background video template, but only a link is appearing, and in the case of a background, nothing is showing.

Can you please help?

Please describe the steps you take and provide the screen where do you insert the video?
