    1. As we can see, you have a lot of custom CSS written to override the font-family. Try to remove all your custom CSS, switch to the parent theme temporarily and provide us your admin access so we can check.

    Try to update the theme to the latest 6.0.4 version and turn off all the cache and optimizations plugins.

    As we can see, you have 6.0.2 installed. You need to update to 6.0.4 and temporarily disable the cache plugin completely.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    You have an empty library file that is responsible for the popup. Try reinstalling the theme again.

    So the cached file is with the additional parameter ?ver=6.0.4 and it seems to be cached as an empty one on your server. Try to contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    Okay but I have cleaned my cache and my hosting provider say there is no server cache on the dedicated server.
    He said to me about the parameter ?ver=6.0.4 :
    “I have an administrator taking a look at this now. However, I do believe this to be insignificant. As they refer to cache, be advised your test server has Nginx installed, which is serverside caching, whereas the dedicated server does not. This may be contributing to what it is you’re seeing.”

    My hosting provider say that’s a pbm of Cloudflare cache. Can you say to me if you can do something about it ?

    Cloudflare cache is something related to the server and not to the theme. Anyway, you need to either disable it completely or at least clean it to make sure that all files are correctly loaded on your website.
