I have a couple of clients using your Theme and lately they all have been complaining that some people started getting emails saying that they had an account created.
Our clients are in Australia and some of those people are in the Netherlands. All of them said that they never registered in the website.
I got today an email myself from a company in grece https://motherbaby.gr/o-logariasmos-mou/ saying that my account has been created when I never did, I believe is also using your theme.

Please address this matter urgently and let us know
