Go to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to “WoodMart Theme Options” > “Shop Settings”.
Here You can restrict shopping functions only for logged in customers.

Hi,

There are only two compulsory fields: email and password. This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that. You can activate any theme and you will have only these two fields.
