Is there any limitation in customization because I can’t edit this page with elementor? Let me know ASAP please.

Currently, there is no way to customize the Shop page via themes functionality. So I suggest you use Elementor Pro in this case, which has the ability to customize it and set a customized Shop page by default as you want.

Our Checkout page comes from WooCommerce and when it’s not working on the default theme, then the issue is with WooCommerce itself.
