Watch Store?

Hi there, I read the documentation before installing theme and activated the required settings and addons. But I found an issue, the Watch Store Demo Template can’t be imported. Please see screenshot, https://prnt.sc/qdlhwm.

I have deactivated all the plugins that is not related to the theme but still can’t import it. I checked all the lists of Home Theme Layouts that has been added on the admin pages but the Watch Demo is not added. See screenshot, https://prnt.sc/qdlh5g

Can you please let us know how to get the Watch Store demo template? https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/watch-demo/

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

First of all, you need to activate the Base version. https://prnt.sc/qdqlum

As soon as you activate the Base version you will be able to upload any demon in 2-3 seconds. Meanwhile, none of the demos are available.

Hi there, I have activated the Base version and under the demo versions tab I click the setup version button for Watches store and it says successfully imported but nothing happens after that. Please provide some details on how to import the Watch store demo.

We tried just to create a page and see this error and a white screen http://prntscr.com/qf3cvc

This error is not caused by our theme as well and maybe the reason the demo is not uploaded.

Switch to any default theme and try to create a page to see it.

Hi there, we’re having trouble installing the demo as instructed and when we choose the Watches Store, we see the Chocolate Croissant skin. Can you please log onto our WordPress site (admin credentials privately shared) and correct the issue? This back and forth isn’t helping us. Thank you.

Hi again, so I just spent 1.5 hours with the hosting tech support guys and they created a subdomain and imported the theme to that site to see if they can make it work. The watches demo comes in with errors. Please log onto our subdomain admin and/or FTP that was just created to fix this for us. Or let us know how we can get this resolved. Thanks!
