wb bakery page builder

Hi
I’m found out if using shop manager role, the wb bakary will not working and switch to editor will working well , but I’m try add this two role to one account still not working well
how it fix?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
