We need support in our woodmart shop to configure

We urgently need support when setting up the Woodmart Shop for the first time. Unfortunately, we haven’t built it before. Unfortunately we have a few problems and cannot display the shop the way we want. We are happy to pay for the help via paypal immediately. Gladly in English or German. 1. Please edit the shop page and you will find the option to set the color and the background: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

2. No idea. Please contact plugin support on this issue. Our theme does not influence that, either as any other WordPress theme.
