Hello, our website is experiencing a lot of slowdown. It uses the Litespeed plugin and although there are not many changes in the general CSS settings on our site, the website opens very slowly. Additionally, when Lazy loading is turned on, the page structure is completely destroyed. The screenshot regarding the issue is attached. Also, very bad results are obtained on the GTmetrix test page.

    Hello,

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Kind Regards.

I didn’t understand what you wanted to say. Can you provide more detailed information? Which plugins do I need to uninstall? We also turned off the child theme and we are still experiencing the same problem.

We are using the main theme and when lazy loading is activated, the structure of our website is broken. Additionally, there is a lot of slowdown on our website in general. The plugins we use are approved plugins in the Woocommerce structure. We would be very happy if you could provide a quick response regarding the issue. Would you pay attention to the reasons for slowness that appear on analysis pages such as GTmetrix?

Why is it taking you so late to reply, sir? We need help but no one answers. Please a quick return.

    Hello,

    1. The structure can crash after enabling the Lazy load due to incompatibility with some plugins so I asked the permission to disable them for testing on your side.

    2. As for the “GTmetrix” or “Google Insights”:

Largest Contentful Paint issue – This approximates when the main content of the page is visible to users, thus the site needs to be optimized in general so that the largest content element is displayed more quickly.

Reduce unused CSS – To fix that, I suggest using the WP Rocket. WP Rocket -> Settings -> File optimization. Enable CSS minify and combine it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-remove-unused-css-in-wordpress-the-right-way/

Eliminate render-blocking resources – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/

Avoid an excessive DOM size – The number of DOM elements are generated in the process of content building. All page builder elements are DOM elements. If you want to reduce DOM elements you will have to reduce the content: widgets, products, menu items, and others.

Minify CSS – Use the WP Rocket plugin to combine and minify CSS / JS – https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_4

Serve images in next-gen formats: Consider using a plugin or service that will automatically convert Ensure text remains visible during webfont load uploaded images to the optimal formats e.g ‘Imagify’ from the Image Optimization tab in ‘WP Rocket’ to convert your images to WebP.

Ensure text remains visible during webfont load: Navigate to Theme Settings -> Performance -> Fonts & Icons -> enable the “Swap” option for these https://prnt.sc/dr1cTPFGZGv_ fields

Properly size images – Optimize the images as it describes in our article: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_3

In general, check our article about performance – https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.

    Kind regards

Hello, although all settings are correct, including the WP Rocket plugin, our website is slow. When we install Woodmart Main theme on another server, there is no problem. Please, we have activated all acceleration and lazy load structure and our Retail theme problems continue. Our customers send a lot of messages about this issue. The server technical team says that the data are theme resources. We expect you to check again and solve the problem.

    Hello,

    1. Confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Without your permission, I cannot deactivate plugins and etc. on your website so I await confirmation.

    2. I see that not all settings are enabled as per our article or my previous message (https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.).

    1. We confirm permission to disable plugins and switch to main/default theme.
    2. When the server officials approve the css, there may be corruption on the page and the correction should be done by the theme officials. You can make the necessary corrections.

PLEASE WE WANT TO AVOID DATA LOSS.

    Hello,

We have tested your website and found a few problems that you should fix first to speed up your website.

    1. Turn off all third-party plugins first and optimize your website. Then, add the necessary plugins one by one and check the speed accordingly.

E.g. without plugins, the loading speed is around 2s https://prnt.sc/N5DKj8eDppi0, which is normal result for the first load of the page.

With the enabled plugins it is around 5s and more- https://prnt.sc/yRN8vYchWodY

    2. Your current server response time is 15-20 seconds and it is very slow. It might be caused by a lot of different factors: slow server, plugins etc.

On the default theme, the speed of loading is around 1.8s – https://prnt.sc/w_Bl5t9X1igW and it is not normal because on the default theme, the page should load around 1s. so seems that your server is not stable.

    https://prnt.sc/GEMqMi9Rj_8S

    3. Use some CDN service like KeyCDN or Bunny CDN.

    Kind Regards
