Hello,

– I have problems fitting the promo popup properly, I always get the white background around my banner. Also is there any way to move the close button near the top right corner of the actual banner instead of the top right screen.

– I know this may have nothing to do with the theme but just want to see if you can shed some light on the issue. I’m having problems sending out order completed emails, at first I thought this may have to do with the email customizer plugin I installed but even after disabling the plugin, nothing has changed. The strange part is, I’m able to receive emails such as invoice, processing, etc. with no problem. The only one that I don’t receive is the order completed email.

I actually followed the guides even before contacting you. Right now for some reason the promopopup won’t even show up. Please explain how the width size setting works as the image I created doesn’t fit the popup background frame no matter how wide I set it. it always reduce the size of my image and leaves a white background around it.

Please remove the background image from the HTML block and set in the popup directly https://prnt.sc/yelykk

If you change the width and it does not change on the frontend, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, update your site admin access to the private area.
