Most likely, it comes from a third-party plugin so please try to disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Okay, I see. Please enable the Elementor and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not.

i will be downgrade wordpres version to 6.3.2 and i’am reinstalling woodmart and then i’am import with woodmart template, but i always failed to import demo version, please help what can i do.
