    Website footer has white gap at top, can’t fix it. Please slide to the bottom of the site to view. I made sure there was no gap set on elementor. To verify, I made a special area with a black background to demonstrate it.

    Hello,

    You can find the option in the Design tab for WP bakery page builder and the Advanced tab for Elementor to remove the white space.

    Thanks, I got that cause, but your tutorial https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/top-and-bottom-paddings/ is for WP bakery page builder, I’m using elementor and I can’t find the option. Can you take a screenshot to guide me?

    Hello,

    Please go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Edit the page with Elementor Page Builder, edit the container. In the advanced options set the margin.

    I don’t think this is a very good solution, I simply moved the footer section up a couple px. It affects the rest of the page. Is there a real solution? Remove the damn gap.

    This appears to be very compact at the bottom.

    I re-selected another demo site to use as the basis for the renovation site.

    Thank you for trying to help.
    There is no such thing in the Elementors Advanced tab as remove white space.
    This should be resolved with some simple CSS code but we can’t see in the console what part of the code this is you can’t select it.

    @celiajohnso86
    it is super that this worked for you but I finished this website for customers to go live I postponed the problem for the last I did not think this would be a problem for me but it came out to be a challenge.

    For now, I resolved with -40px to the last section but I am not convinced this is the right solution.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

    It is due to container margin and padding. You need to set margin and padding in the advanced tab of the elementor.

    If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards.
