Website is broken after prebuilt template activation

Hey there!

I’m just getting started with the Woodmart theme, so I activated the preferred template first. My home page appears to be broken after activation, and I’d want to have the same view as in the demo (I’m fine with deleting the prior content). Can you assist me and tell me how to fix this?

Actually, this only happens with the Home page.

Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

So, what are the alternatives? Is it impossible to reset everything and start over?

Yes it is possible, you can try resetting your Site first using the WP Reset plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

Then you can installing the WoodMart Theme on your Site following the mentioned process in the Documentation link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/

If installing the Theme after Resetting the Site, you still some older things then go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Pre Built websites > there click on Remove Content button > and then try importing the new Demo again.
