Website Menu for mobile not working

Hi,
I am unable to access mobile menu for my website. I have tried different browsers on my mobile but same issue. But when I test it on my computer in mobile mode it is working.

Something is overlapping on the mobile.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website.
